Interesting how life turns over time — either a short amount of time, or over a great deal of time.
Take Tony D’Anna, Vickie Dehart and Piero’s, for example. In a matter of just a couple weeks things changed dramatically for them.
Tony was a frequent diner at Piero’s — daily, in fact. Restaurant manager Evan Glusman, a son of Piero’s owner Freddie Glusman, would treat the two like royalty.
But now Tony is “personna non grata” at the restaurant. Before, he couldn’t buy a dinner there thanks to Evan’s generosity; now he can’t even get in the place. Neither can Evan. In common restaurant parlance, Tony’s been “86’d” from the restaurant.
